Must-Sees in Our Model Homes

Stopping by Edgewater to check out our model homes during this month’s ‘Best of the Burbs’ Home Tour? To get you prepped, here’s an introduction to our three models and the things you do not want to miss.

Brightland Homes

Brightland Homes chose to showcase their Villanova floor plan. The gorgeous single-story home entices with clean sight lines, oversized windows, caramel-colored hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings.

The must-see in this model is the spectacular island kitchen. The island itself is a masterpiece with seating for four and plenty of cabinets adding to the already ample storage. White quartz countertops are easy to clean. A walk-in closet keeps dry goods organized. We love the extension of the kitchen counter into the dining area which adds even more cabinet space and a great place to rest your coffee cup.

Another must-see is the primary suite with optional sitting room. The multipurpose area features built-in cabinets and wall shelves. There’s enough room for an exercise machine and big-screen television.

Highland Homes

The Newport floor plan decked out in vibrant blues and whites showcases an island kitchen, study, spacious family room, covered patio and four bedrooms.

The must-see in this model is the lush primary suite. Highlighted by optional bay windows, this is a retreat that can’t be beat. There is enough space in the room for a cozy reading nook. The primary bath is very sleek with a contemporary stand-alone tub and dual sinks separated by a make-up vanity. We love the oversized shower as much as the striking blue tile.

Second on your list of must-sees is the kitchen. Dressed in white with dark blue subway tile accents, the heart of the home features an island with counter seating, walk-in pantry and a lovely arched entranceway to the family room.

Highland Homes offers 16 floorplans in Edgewater. Homes are priced from the $420,000s and range from 1,864 to 2,965 square feet.

Coventry Homes

Exuding unbeatable panache, the Kempner floor plan is a single-story delight. The very modern model includes a study, covered patio, island kitchen, and elegant primary suite all done up in shades of black, white and grey.
